According to CNN Money, Phoenix is among the top 10 cities to move to in 2014. It makes sense, especially right now. This winter has been hitting most of the country so hard. But while everyone else has been getting record breaking cold temperatures and snow fall, we're enjoying highs in the high 70's to low 80's!
